There are automatic trouble detection functions ,automatic and manual adjustment in and out of power and users can adjust power within a certain scope according to different demands.Power of internal automatic adjustment circuit can be maintained automatically .that is ,output power of circuits can be maintained automatically.That is,output power of circuits can be basically maintained constant when ambient environment (such as voltage)varies.Circuits can detect load troubles and stop operation automatically with acoustic alarm so trouble rate of performance stability is very low.Power frequency can be adjusted slightly according to load discreteness.There is excellent power supply for ex-factory frequency and load of series of machines.That is ,heating of power tubes will be reduced greatly with obviously increased ozone productivity under resonance status.Ozone discharger By introducing Japanese Fuji Electuic Joint-stock techniques . 1 .High-precision Q316 stainless steel tubes have been adopted for HV electrodes and dielectric medium can be cooled by external electrode through water. 2.Lead quartz imported from Japan is a discharging medium to enhance impurity (dust or water)ability in HV discharging zone and prolong service life by overcoming repair problems of enamel medium and electrodes.Electric medium can be protected by external stainless steel tubes to prolong service life and bear physical impact during installation,maintenance and repair. Performance characteristics To introduce Japanese Fuji Electric motor techniques with reliable and stable operation;IGBT high-frequency and high-voltage power with matched frequency and load and high ozone output;Lead quartz imported from Japan shall be used as discharging medium with unexampled low thermal expansion coefficient,strong temperature resistance and high chemical stability .At present,the technique has been used by Swiss OZONIA,Germanic WEDECO and Japanese FUJI;It is required to adopt 316L stainless steel discharging techniques with high concentration with high precision and micro-gap.
